Instructions for authors:

  • An author wishing to submit a paper for possible publication must submit that paper electronically in both Latex and PDF formats. If there are images (figures) in the paper, then those must also be submitted separately in EPS format.
  • Please use the journal's Latex Template link on the journal's website to prepare your Latex file accordingly before submitting your paper.
  • The required files should then be submitted to the Managing Editor as e-mail attachments to badih@future-in-tech.net
  • Papers must be original and must have not been submitted simultaneously elsewhere.
  • IJMCS became an OPEN-ACCESS journal starting with Vol. 7, No. 1, 2012. To defray the cost of publication, starting with Vol. 20, No. 1, 2025 if a paper is accepted for publication page charges in the amount of $200/page (including taxes) must be covered by an author's research grant or institution before the paper can appear in IJMCS.
  • Starting with Volume 20, no. 1, each published paper in the journal will have a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) assigned to it.
  • IJMCS Editorial Board and their assigned referees volunteer their time. Referees devote a significant amount of time sifting through papers and only accepting a few to maintain high quality research. All authors must have read and understood the above terms prior to submitting a paper.
  • Papers must be written in English.
  • An author should include his/her full name, affiliation, address, and e-mail address followed by an abstract on the first page of the paper.
  • Keywords and Subject Classification must appear as footnotes on the first page of the paper.
  • An author is allowed to post his/her published IJMCS paper on websites and distribute them without restrictions.
